In times of upheaval and transition, in seasons of tribulation and grief - we typically come together to lament, to mourn, and to worship. We will be commemorating Christ’s death and his fragile humanity on the cross by gathering together.
Join us as we come together to celebrate Good Friday as a church body. Let us come together to worship, fully acknowledging the limits of our physical bodies as Jesus Christ did 2000 years ago and submitting ourselves to the sovereign will of God the Father. After all, that’s the beauty of the Hypostatic Union, the Trinity. He sees the struggle of your disrupted life rhythms. He knows your fears about the survival of your family, our church, and our nation. He was fully man, sharing in our fears of the sting of death. And yet he was still willing to submit himself to the Cross.
